Refund Eligibility
Free Refunds are only accepted for wrongly delivered products or damaged products.
If the product is damaged due to negligence or mishandling on the part of the customer, a refund will not be issued.

Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging along with the airway bill (AWB) as it was received.
Applicable Return Cost will be deducted from the Bill Amount


Proof of Damage
For products damaged during delivery, we require proof in the form of photos or videos showing the damage. This proof must be submitted to our customer support at customer.modernnichehub@gmail.com


Timeframe for Refund Requests
You can request a refund for damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Return Shipping
If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the damaged product. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during return shipping.


Processing of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a week or few Business days.
